The MINIX NEO N42C-4 comes with 64GB eMMC internal SSD and 4 GB type DDR3L RAM. Both SSD as well as RAM is user expandable via a 2280 M.2 slot (SATA 6.0 Gbps) and SODIMM slots (dual channel support).

De 2280 M.2 slot (SATA 6.0 Gbps) supports up to 512GB, and RAM can be expanded up to 16GB.
